While some chauffeurs are paid a wage and this evens out between the time they get off and the overtime they work, other chauffeurs are paid a substantial hourly rate which covers all of the extra in between time they spend at work.
So when you are hiring a limousine for your next special event, make sure you find out about the pricing structure and whether your chauffeur will be relying on your tip to help pay their bills or whether the chauffeur’s wage is included in the hire price.
